Truely crap! when you are moving out of this apartment, they will charge you in anyway they can, they will find the way to make you pay them instead returning your deposit, even for the tiny scretch of something, and they will even charge you for the ammount of 2 or 3 bucks. Worst of all, they are not stoping at that point, they also add your bill after years of leaving this place, so then you will be ruined if you refer them in your living history form. Make sure keep your reciept for any despute, or they will charge you again and again, saying you havent paid. Stay away!
