150 dollars for cleaning the apartment.50 dollars for 2 bags of trash that i did leave.1083 dollars for replacing the carpet.The front door was open and and hall door slammed shut because of the wind causing the door frame the split on one side i got charged 90 dollars.60 dollars for 2 blinds flaps that were broken.75 dollars for orange soda stains that i could not get out they had for paint the counters. they want there money in 15 days or they send it to collections with a ffe and 18 % per year for a fee.I paid 400 for deposit and the letter says 301. I got charged for water, wastethe water and trash after you move out.Point south apt use lonestar carpet to put in the new carpetsin stalled on aug.18th they told me that no one moved in to the apartment till after the 15 of aug.I told the manager that my girlfriend smokes and they charged me 15 dollars for the smell in the apartment for smoke smell.

The Point South Apartments and its management company have been members of the Austin Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association for over 20 years. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. A disgruntled resident can post negative comments as a form of retaliation against management. It should be made clear that most of these negative comments are grossly exaggerated or simply untrue. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We are proud of our property and of the excellent relationships that we have with many of our residents. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a far more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management. what i wrote is true its the reciept i got in the mail from them. yes this is retaliation. i have lived there too long. i was no evicted or have lease violations. i gave 30 day notice.F@#$ Y#$ managers for F@#$% over tenents after they left i owed 1,093 dollars now they say i owe them 1,983 dollars and they requested that the colllection agency report it to all three credit company.
