All this happened after we moved out. As far as while we were there here's a list of the problems we had:

1. Someone was shot and killed across the street
2. Several attempted kidnappings
3. I was attacked by 3 young men while I was jogging
4. A man stole several women's underwear from different apt's, including my wife's
The manag all ement knew about it in advance, but waited to send out a flyer notifying residents
5. All of my laundry was stolen from the laundry room by another tenant
several cars were broken into, fortunately ours was junker
6. Appliances were really old and always breaking down. They never reimbursed for the rotten food when they took there time repairing our old refrigerator
7. 2 faced management will say anything to pacify you, but will look for anything charge you for, especially when you move out

Hello everyone. I could not for the life of me figure out how to get the site to let me edit the posting so I am just posting another review as a revision to the previous posting. I do this as a part of a settlement reached between management and I after moving out. The Title was posted out of frustration and in no way would i suggest any kind of eye trama as an alternative to living in the apartments. As far as the issues mentioned: I numbered them in the original posting. Refer to it to see which I'm referring to. 1. True 2. True 3. True 4. There is only proof of him stealing women's underwear from the laundry room. My statements about him entering people's houses to take underwear were not corroburated by the police report and are my own opinion based off the circumstantial evidence at hand. I had just come home from class at UT when the man was captured by police. He was caught TRYING to break into someone's place. This is the truth and can be confirmed in the police report. The police included our statements in his report. 5. True 6. As management has pointed out to me we only actually reported our oven not working 2 times. The microwave was replaced with another unit that did work. The Refrigerator was broken during non-business hours and this is likely why the food went bad. 7. My comments about management were made in frustration after being unable to resolve the large fees we were charged on moveout (Cleaning, Utilities, and Rug Replacement which was totaled over $900). These comments were immature in nature and should have been phrased in a more professional manner. Our personal experience with and opinions of Point South management are subjective evidence. As I mentioned previously, I write this as part of a settlement of issues with management. To conclude, disregard the title and the opinions of management which i expressed so immaturely. My opinion is irrelevant. Consider only the facts, those items above which i have corrected and explained, when considering Point South as your next home.
