1) the gate was broken for 4 days and our car got stolen.

2) a month prior to this my bf's car was broken into and the stereo was stolen.

3) the renters have charged me THREE TIMES for mini blinds. ONE slat was broken because of my cat. it's $50 any time your blinds look imprefect.

4) there is a vague rule that states only one pet, and they gave us 24 hours to get rid of the second kitten we rescued.

5) we've gotten 2 noise complaints for weekend parties. they called me at work to warn that if we get another complaint they're evicting us.

6) the police are in the complex almost every weekend.

7) washers $1.25, dryers $1.00, rarely actually get clothes dry.

i absolutely do not recommend this uptight property. they have no interest in their residents except as a source of outlandish fees.
if you do find yourself here, get EXCELLENT renter's insurance.

its true there has been 8 car breakin and 4 home breakins dryers suck cops here all the time fines for every thing its like living in a dorm if they did not call you for noise it would be a noisy place because of the college kids partying 24/7

I've never seen college kids "partying" i have lived here for a year and just signed another lease, each apartment has never had any problems! they do charge outlandish pet deposit and friggin pet rent monthly stupid! and they even said I had to pick his poop up, hell no! not if he is paying rent too! never been noisy around us either and this time around I live right by the gate...no problems here!
