I have lived on the Point South side of the complex for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my time with the apartment. Yes the neighborhood is not the best area you could select but what area is in a city like Austin. The worest murder in Austin happened in the so-called best part of West Campus. In my experiences here as long as I don't leave anything someone else may want in my car (I have a brand new car) and lock my doors and windows of your apartment no one bothers you. The manager goes over everything for almost a hour with you at move-in so when they send notes its your own fault. Maybe the problem is that they rent to mostly kids still in college and not more responsible adults who take care of their homes.

LOL Sad to say not true I do not work at the office, nor do I have anything to do with them but I am tired of reading negative comments that seem to be untrue. I am not sure of who you are or what kind of interactions you had with the manager (apparently not good ones). But my opinion is as good as yours, so if you don't want anyone stating your as full of **** don't do the same to others.
