I'm comforted in the fact that I will never have to deal with these people again and I will never be them.
When my husband and I lived here we missed our cheaper more run-down apartments we previously lived in. The management her is HORRIBLE. They would not let my 5-month old son and I into our apartment in early December when I forgot my key because I didn't have $50 in cash to give at the time of them opening it, I had no transportation and it was about 3 minutes passed thier closing time. I sat out in the cold with a hungry, crying baby for almost 2 hours while I waited for my husband to get around traffic and come home because "$50 cash at the time of opening is our policy".
When we moved in the actual apartment was disgusting. It was severly stained and I even called to ask them to replace it. Of course they thought it looked okay and I didn't take any photos. One month after move-out I get charged for the "deep cleaning" they had to do on the carpet.
Also, police apprehended a man in the early morning hours with drugs and heavy artillery at this apartment complex.
They also couldn't give me a walk-through appointment on the day of my move out even though I requested it a month in advance and they also didn't contact me when they were ready for the walk through so I could accompany them as I requested. Fishy'
These people will do anything to get your money and it doesn't matter if it's via a straight and narrow path or a crooked one. As long as they don't get caught they're fine.
I really recommend that anyone renting should stay away from this management company in general.
