I have lived here for 4 years. It used to be a quiet place with lots of working professionals. Now that they have lowered rents, it is a bunch of young punks who love to drive through the parking lot at all hours with their ghetto base booming music blaring.

The parking is terrible - I usually have to walk the equivalent of 1-2 city blocks to get to my apt. (fun with groceries!) Overall construction is bad - soft squishy floors, fake cabinets, no kitchen counter space, TINY bathrooms.

The pool is a bunch of screaming kids who apparently have no parents. At night it is a hot tub full of drunks at 3 am.

Water bill is riduculous - I pay $30-40 a month so they can water the mud outside my apartment that I get to track into my apartment and car. Think they could spring for some grass seed'

Maintenance is good - Jerry is great. He should look for a new job.

P.S. I am not ---- - if I want to "party" - I go downtown, not hang out in the parking lot like trash.
