I try to stay positive, but this place is a dump. I can hear every word, noise, grunt, stomp (you get the picture)that my neighbors make. My toilet has broken repeatedly, AC, etc. The parking spaces are tiny, and I have a little car! It's not uncommon to see an arguement in the parking lot. I don't know if it is true, but I was told that there was a fire a few years ago due to a Meth Lab!!! Managment had one professional staff member, and she resigned. The maintenance staff is fantastic and very responsive; unfortunately, they have to come to my apartment twice a month to fix something. Save yourself the frustration and don't move into this hole.
