This place lets the party people run wild and they wonder why they have problems with people leaving. The pool is a disgrace it is summer and it takes the pool area getting demolished in order to get anything done around here there are lights out all around complex that I know personally have been reported numerous times. Dogs in the pool area after complaints were made by numerous residents. Maybe they will listen when williamson county health dept. is called for fecal contamination in pool area and in pool itself. This place is joke and the managment too, they act like they have too much to do to survey the property, and actually listen to the residents who see the same crap everyday. maybe someone should give them a nice wake up call!!! Tired of complaiing moving soon, please don't waste your time here, there are much better apartments in austin than this dump,oh it is equal housing so, basically section 8 will come next oops already headed there!
