Paid for a PALACE, but I lived in a MATCHBOX. They'll screw you!

Do not sign a lease here. They charge an extra $20 or $30 per to your water bill again and again when they like for cleaning the pool. They dump large tree limbs into HUGE piles with other extra garbage behind your building and let them dry out until you have to call the fire dept to report them. They are very unfriendly, except when you sign the lease. They are never in the office if you have a problem. They have an answering service that does not forward messages. They make themselves generally unavailable. Thank God I'm out now!
