Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
From the beginning...
-Were myself and my roomates approved'
We weren't approved till TWO DAYS before the move in date.
-The apartment they signed us up for wasn't availibe for viewing until THE DAY before the move in date.
-Staff was slow, money was important, not how their guests were doing.
-My AC was broken for 3 months in 105 degree weather and we lived on the third floor, numberous times we called maitnence and there was never any responce or call back till November when it started to get cool outside.
-DON'T MOVE IN ON THE THIRD FLOOR!!! Pigeons found their way into the ceiling and walls and have nested there for months which is right above my bedroom and it is SO LOUD you can't sleep. Feathers started to come out of the ceiling vents.
-Guests take their dogs to poop all over the property and DON'T BOTHER to clean it up. It smells, and it's disgusting.
-No parking availible at night
-Guests are rude (few are acceptable)
-Cockroaches were a problem right when we moved in too...
think that's it.
The only good thing was the view from our balcony, but the balcony was three nails ready to fall off the complex and land on the ground. Don't belive me'' Go see how much they're slanted :)
