Worst Place Ever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   This is the worst place we ever lived, it was so bad we moved before our lease was up and decided to deal with whatever repercussions come with our decision. We had a newborn our AC never worked properly, when we moved in our refrigerator was broken the inside of the door was falling apart so that the insulation didn't keep it as cool as it was supposed to, we complained on a regular basis for 5 months.They always said the would fix it but never came. I can't tell you how much fresh produce and formula I had to throw away. They shut the water off at least 11 times in one month with no warning at all. They gave us warning one time. We lived on the second floor and the floor felt like it was going to fall in in several places. We worked the evening shift and there was NEVER parking we had to park clear across the complex. The first week we lived there someone vandalized my husbands car, they threw a brick at it and busted out the windshield, they also scratched up the paint pretty good. Of course no one saw or heard anything. There used to be some teenage boys threatning to shoot at everyone with their B.B. guns. I used to worry walking to my apartment at night. Catherine, the receptionist or whatever she was was so rude, she should have taken a class on people skills. The office staff was full of crap, they were nice to you until the lease was signed and then you were trapped. The best thing we did was move far away from that place.
