We currently been living here for almost a year. During this time the only time anyone came to fix anything was when we first moved in and the a/c was out. We have put in over 30!!!!!! Requests for them to come and fix things, NOTHING GOT FIXED. Here is another thing that gets me is that they have some much to fix around this damn place but they go and spend the money on landscaping, i know it needed to be done but there were other things that were more important than that. Also, i can no longer open my back door or any of my windows because i smell POT just about every day and they are doing NOTHING about it. Ya willco might live here, but he is never here. we used to have people who lived next to us who would keep my husband and son up all night because their music was so loud. They did ---- to get it stoped. For the first six months the pool was dirty and to this day that hot tub still dosent work. FYI if you are low income family like our selves, there are other places to go than here that will work with you and take better care of you I promise. JUST DONT NO MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET EVERY MIN YOU ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin, this is a horrible rats nest. Definately a place I wouldn't let me dog live in. The management is horrible. Eveytime I came into the office because something needed to be fixed either Susan, or Megan would act like complete stuck up snobs, and say they would get right on it. Maybe two weeks later we might get it fixed. They act like they are something, hello, you are an apartment complex worker. Way to set your career goals. The place smells and people are always partying and drinking out side...with the management...with their children... Way to demonstrate good practices with our children.... I left before my lease was out. I was never late on payments, always took my trash were it needed to go. But couldn't deal with the crap this apartment leaked out, at the seems, basically the management.. Way to go susan and megan, way to run a really nice apartment into the ground. I wouldn't let my husband go into the office because susan or megan would always start acting slutty as soon as any man came into the office. disgusting.

We moved in about 5 months ago, me my husband and two daughters. When we came to sign the lease they didnt even have an apartment to show us. We were getting a two bedroom..if you can call it that.. more like a large one bedroom and a den. the cieling fan in the living room.. the light works, but when u turn on the fan it either doesnt move or makes electrical sparks and frying noises. Since we've moved in no one has come for pest service or for any repairs. Neighbors in our building have come and gone several times, and seems we have inherited their pest problems. Currently we are looking to get out of this place and into somewhere with a bit more maintenance. I would not recommend moving here as the service really does suck.
