First, the pool has been dirty, gross, and GREEN since we moved in last July.. The hot tub has NEVER worked and is gross just looking at it... the workout room is TINY and the bike doesn't work.. there is no parking, especially if you work a late job and come home at night - many times i've had to park on the OTHER side of the complex. I had to put in 9 requests over 5 months before someone came and fixed our garbage disposal. Our A/C has never worked correctly and freezes up ALL the time, yet the maintenance people say there is nothing wrong with it!!! The hot water boiler went out 2 WEEKS ago and still no HOT water, sure there may be slightly warm water, but not enough to bathe or do dishes. i've been need boiling water for 2 weeks just so we can take a bath. There are no safe play areas for kids. and everything the other previous tenants say about the office staff is COMPLETELY correct!!! RUDE!!!
