The meth freaks above me who fight all night drove me out. Management won't do anything, and the cops won't come out, either. I even complained to Walden Management, who "manage" other slums in Austin besides this one, and they did nothing. If you deal drugs, this may be the place for you, because you will have plenty of customers. Water bill is outrageous, even if you use it sparingly. Forget about repairs - it won't happen. This is all due to the new management that came in recently.

I totally agree!! water bill is around $75 a month and was still that high even when we were out of town for nearly a full month and used virtually NO water!!! we don't have any problems with meth users in our building, but the damn bongo drums at ALL hours of the night and day drive us crazy!! also, the people with broken down vehicles who leave them parked in the good parking spots... no parking, no parking anywhere!!! also, forget about ever getting your A/C fixed, because they won't do it... they will say that its "perfectly fine"... BS!!!

I agree with you all... We have been here for over a year now and the ppl beside us fight all the time and the cops came out once but will not come out anymore... On top of that the new ppl moving in below argu and my little 4 yr old can hear it and is now repeating swear words.. I have been waiting for 2 months now for matience to come in and fix something but nothing.. I thought this was the perfect place due to the price but now i want to get out of here and find an independent owner of like a duplex.. it takes forever to get things fixed but yet theses new managment is quick to stick the notes of your late on you rent on our doors.

I agree! I spent two months living with my boyfriend and yet my water bill was over $40/m! WTF - no one was there to use any water. And now that I'm back at my apartment it seems that they are having to "work on" the boiler to my building just about every week, which means that they are constantly having to shut off the water. On top of that my kitchen sink has not worked for over a month and yet they claim they "fixed it". I should have known something was fishy when they pulled a bait and switch when I moved in - and didn't even replace the old disgusting stained carpet!
