RUN RUN YOU ARE BETTER OFF ON THE STREETS From: lilcarmel Date posted: 4/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE NOV. 2007 AND MY LEASE HAS ENDED AND I WAS GOING TO RENEW UNTIL IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET A NEW REFRIG(IT ONLY CLOSED WITH THE HELP OF A BUNGIE CORD), ONE DRAWER MISSING THAT I WAS TOLD WOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE I MOVED IN(MY SPOONS/FORKS/KNIVES SIT ON MY COUNTER IN A TRAY) MY DAUGHTER CAN NOT SLEEP IN HER ROOM BECAUSE THE HEAT/AIR UNIT MAKES SO MUCH NOISE IN HER ROOM SHE CAN'T SLEEP, THEY CAME THIS MONTH AND FIXED IT AND THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I SAID I WOULD CALL THEY AUSTIN TENANTS, I ASKED THE LANDLORD TO EXTEND CHARGING LATE FEES ONE DAY BECAUSE I COULD NOT PICK UP MY CHECK UNTIL THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 4-7PM THATS COMPANY POLICY FOR EVERYONE, AND SHE SAID NO YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE LATE FEES. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOU CHILDERN IF YOU HAVE THE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE KEEP LOOKING, THE MOLD IS OVER THE TOP I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT CLOSED THEM DOWN ITS SO BAD. THE SWIMMING WHAT SWIMMING POOL THEY NEVER CLEAN IT AND THE MAIL ALWAYS LOSES OR GIVES YOUR MAIL TO SOMEONE ELSE.
