Gables Barton Creek is truely a unique community. The whole property is townhomes with attached garages. You only have neighbors on the sides of you, no above or below which truely cuts down on the normal apartment noise. It is a very quite community and well kept with a beautiful pool. I met many of my neighbors quickly after I moved in and enjoyed the happy hours the management would put on. The girls in the office are extremely helpful and go above and beyound to ensure their residents are taken care of. They know you by name and also knew my dogs name. The maintenance staff is very prompt friendly and helped me hang shelves and took my trash out for me. My apartement is beautiful and does not feel like a cramped apartment. The views are also amazing. Moving from a house and having to go into an apartment until my new house was being built I thought it was going to be a stressful and uncomfortable ordeal and I was not exited about living in an apartment, but the staff at Gables made feel write at home and having a townhome did not make me feel like I was in an apartment. This property is also a great place to have pets. You are write next to the greenbelt and there is a dog park around the corner. The rents are higher then most but you get so much more for your money and the relief of knowing you will be taken care of by the wonderful staff.
This is the best property to live at in Austin.
