my son and his wife, child and my 17 year old daughter moved end of July to this complex. Not ONE thing was done. No paint carpet or general cleanup was ever done since last tenent.
Management staff (assistant) was uninterested. They have suffered, a dangerous gas leak, water leak, water turned off for hours, after insisting things be done
a new carper was laid, and low and behold there was a pipe burst and saturated a bedroom. The only apologetic person is the maintenace man.
They have suffered gross inconvenience and they have been there two weeks and still have not been able to unpack all their belongings.
LUXURY LIVING' I think not.
