Bads: Very limited guest parking
Being on a service road to MoPac means circling constantly if coming from North
Very low-end interior finishout
Cramped gym
Garages with bizarre configuration (one car in front of another)

We have been pleased overall. They have responded quickly to requests and played fair with us. We are moving out because of a dramatic increase in rent requested for renewing our lease.
