Great Apartment, probably the best deal in Austin if you want to be close to downtown. Very inexpensive for an apartment with a garage just minutes from downtown and Zilker Park. I stayed here for two years and was the best apartment I have lived in. Very clean and modern and very quiet community. Apartments are large with modern appliances, and the garage is huge. Electric bills where low about 35 dollars in the winter and about 65 dollars in the summer but I was gone on business about 12 days a month so I turned down my A/C when gone. Never any crime problems in this community and no noise at all between the town home style apartments. This complex has a courtesy officer who lives on property who is a police officer if there are any concerns. Everyone in this community is a professional or family so I never heard any noise from parties. Overall a great experience with the community and the management. Any maintenance items are fixed right away and community has recycling bins on property. You wont find a better deal near downtown anywhere in Austin. The nice thing about Post is the apartments are all townhouse style so you feel like you are living in a house, not noisy apartments stacked on top of each other. I was refunded my full deposit plus a couple days of rent because I moved a few days before my lease expiration due to my work schedule. This was a total bonus and unexpected. This place is great!!
