Management is incapable of working with you, no matter what the issue is, they care about nothing more than $ for themselves and their overpriced community. Don't know how to be "human" and understanding that sometimes things happen outside of their rigid policies.

There are other apartments in nearby area, go somewhere else and don't bother leasing here.

Save your $ and go to another place-- time and time again, management was completely incapable of helping or even caring.

Oh, and parking is terrible! Don't ever plan on having friends over--EVER!

so you want the people in the office to disregard the lease you signed and not follow their policies?? sounds like a great business plan
