These buildings are aging, along with the splendid trees that surround them. There is much that needs to be done and with the recent change in office staff should come a surge of new interest in cleaning up the neighborhood. Nice apartments, good size, about a $1 / sq. ft. which is less than the going rate for Austin. Paid parking is WAY overpriced, awkward and narrow, not worth getting. The seclusion from the highways nearby makes this property feel like a retreat. Major missing amenity though is a gym. The clubhouse is fine, but honestly when is the last time anyone other than the staff used it' Large dogs abound here, and thankfully they are pretty strict about making owners pick up after their dogs. Need more maintenance staff to _maintain_, above and beyond repairs. Fix the retaining walls, add some more where the rubble is taking over the driveways, and a good coat of paint this place would get 4/5 stars, right now only gets 3.5/5
