Very quiet; Effective and friendly management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We moved here in summer of 2004 and are renewing for another year. Management is the friendliest I have known in Austin. They really act as if they are here to make sure you are comfortable. Lots of deer and very quiet (I think these were built as condos, and they seem more soundproof.) Maintenance is friendly and quick. Even did touch up paint when we scraped our walls upon move in.
