I've lived here for 2 years now. I've lived in many different apartments in my lifetime and strongly believe this is the best! You cannot beat the location. It's convenient to just about anywhere in Austin because of it's central location yet it feels like you live out in the country with all of the beautiful wooded surroundings. The size of my apartment is awesome. I have a one bedroom apartment and all my furniture fits with ease. It's also a very quiet place to live. The management is very helpful and courteous! I plan to use the money from the home buying program to purchase my first home.
