I just renewed for another 12 months. Yes they did up the rent, but it wasn't too bad. Easily the best place in the area. The staff is amazing. The same three have been there for the past year -- no turn over. Maintenance is the same way -- same guy and very responsive (though I've only had a few minor issues). When it iced last winter, they had salt on the steps and sidewalks before I left at 6:30am. I can only hear my neighbors when they are outside, not in their apartments. Pool is always kept up, and recently they added BBQ's all around the complex as well as cleaned up some landscaping. I live in a building that never has any parking issues, however I have seen some congestion in other places. Just before I moved in they replaced all the cabinets and counter tops which was nice. Bills are average. No pests flying or crawling around. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!!
