Nice at first not so nice at the end!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
My husband and I lived at the property for almost 3 years and at first things where fine, we were happy there. The rent was always a little steep but as new management came in the rent increased and quality decreased. The property does maintain the grounds but the workers decided to take breaks while sitting on our brand new vehicle. We confronted the office and there where no apologies and they just stated "they don't work for post park mesa but we will talk to their boss". Needless to say this was not the last incident. There is a psycho guy that lived a building over from ours that didn't apparently take his medicine that day. When I took my puppy golden retriever out he decided to mace him and threaten me at the same time. Again, we had to go to the office and we believe since our lease was up in a couple weeks no action was taken on the psycho guy. At the time of our conversation about our puppy we discussed the carpet and deposit only to be told "not to worry about the seams in the carpet because we are upgrading the apartment with berber carpet and laminate wood floors in the bathroom and kitchen" The finale of our experience is that after a few months of moving on from post park mesa we recieved a bill for over $1000.00 for berber carper, which we never had. I called post park mesa office in concern of this bill only to be told that the manager will call me back, which never happened. Then when I attempted to contact the corporate office regarding this ridiculous bill I never recieved a return phone call. Overall, it's nice at first but at the end of staying at the property for almost 3 years we felt ripped off.
