I've been here almost two years - and I love it! I've lived in many apartments in Austin, and this one is the best so far. Very quiet, secluded, great views, and I never hear my neighbors. I had a small glitch when I moved in (after signing a lease, the management allowed the current renter to renege on his notice to vacate and had me move to a different unit), but after a polite request, the management fixed things. I will note that management is now no longer with the property, but haven't dealt with the new manager. I'm a little worried about how high my rent will go with my renewal, but I'm not willing to chance a new place.
By the way, my sales guy was great - and seeing other comments about this guy are just silly. Great salesman, knew me by name, answered questions quickly. While he's no longer here, I'm sure he's making bank somewhere else in sales.
