Very nice close to everything very safe neighborhood easy access parking good restaurants and shops all near by . The apartment are not too expensive and if you pay on time they won't raise the rent which is pretty good

Buyer beware! Security and safety of residents are not a priority as the garage door and entry doors are often broken. The grounds and sadly the hallways are unsanitary as evidenced by the dog poo and filth.

Pretty good, however, the elevators are constantly out of service. Doesn't always feel that safe and there is a strange element in the surrounding area, particularly the low income housing complex next door.

My experience has been exceptional. The office team is warm, professional and so very helpful. The maintenance team from Ricky all the way to the housekeepers and just wonderful. Candace has an amazing team and I am happy living here.

The apartment complex was very clean and well put together. The amenities are great. The community has one of the best apartment exercise rooms I've seen. The city views are great as are the multiple pools.

Fire alarm is always broken, walls are paper thin (very noisy), parking is a nightmare, they never pick the trash up on time, the maintenance staff is super creepy, the only nice thing I have to say is the office people are courteous.

When I was looking for an apartmnet, location was key. This apartment is SO walkable. It has all the amenities I need (pool, gym, rooftop area). For the price, you truly cannot beat it. I will renew .

Its gone from a 2 to 5 star in 22 months! Since out second property manager came on board this place has turned around completely! I can't speak highly enough about how accommodating and genuine the staff is!

I just moved in, but I really like the complex so far. My apartment is clean and quiet. I love the rooftop facility and gyms. The SmartRent app is big plus. I love controlling my lights, locks, and AC from my phone.

New at this Apt but it looks clean well kept and quiet. The location can't be beat Looking foward to using the workout room and being able to walk to some of the restaurants in the area. The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive
