Horrible!!! NO SECURITY TO SPEAK OF. mY CARS WERE BROKEN INTO TWICE AND VANDALIZED NUMEROUS TIMES. DRUG DEALERS ON PREMISES!!. TRIED TO RIP ME OFF FOR UNECESSARY REPAIRS ON MOVEOUT. APARTMENT MANAGER WAS THE EPITOMY OF RUDE!!! ITS NO WONDER THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS GOING DOWN THE TUBES.

That sucks. But you have to realize crime is everywhere and the community cannot control that. However they could implement a courtesy officer and or install gates. But gates are a false sense of security all you have to do is wait untill someone comes in then follow them in. Always do your final walk through with the apartment staff and have them sign off and date that there is a Zero balance owed. If there is a balance you will have a chance to discuss it and resolve it. The community is a little older but overall pretty nice and has a great location. that sucks your car got broken into twice, but like the apartmentguy said, that ---- happens everywhere. i doubt drug dealers are living on property, but nothing can stop them from just driving in after another car and being on property. i use to live at a nice place that didn't cater to your trashy thug type of people, but they were at our pool anyways trying to sell. someone called the cops. never saw them again.

And the truth emerges...Mandy the manager is one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of knowing, and I hear that literally from everyone I talk to. Amazing how one person can absolutely ruin a living situation with her profound negativity.
