The leasing agents were incredibly nice and always remember your name! It was very family like environment. The apts are lovely with their crown molding and unique floorplans. The community is safe and extremely dog friendly. They respond promptly to all maintenance requests. Best apt experience ever. Kristen is the best, she influenced heavily on my decision to live in this wonderful community. She said I would not regret it, and she was right!

This review sounds like it was written by one of the leasing agents or manager! How fake! Unique floor plans? Uhg!

Yeah, the leasing agents are incredibly fake. Don't sign a lease with the preserve. It gets worse every month. This place won't last. No place could with such ignorance of customer support.
