sounds fishy to me

too many good reviews sounds fishy to me. The comments sound like advertisements, not true experiences. Just my opinion. I'm looking around for a place myself and am doing a little research. But I DO know that my brother lived here with his girlfriend and their baby last year and they had problems. Something to do with being overcharged for something they shouldn't have been charged for. Took forever for him to clear that up- big turn off!

You don't even live here? HAve you ever? You really shouldn't comment about things of which you know nothing about.

No, if a relative lived there then you should comment. Besides, the other comments DO look like advertisements to me.

Maybe they look like advertisements because, overall, the residents like the place! I know I do. It is much easier living here than owning my house was!
