Preserve is an OK place to live. But man is it expensive. I am not the type to use all the amenities and I don't really care how awesome the grounds look because I'm not home that much. What I care about more is the quality of the building and construction/maintenance, and that, I have no complaints about so far. I'll pay the extra money for that but if maintenance were to start going downhill I'll most likely not renew again. So far so good.
