Management promised to get information for us, then conveniently forgot about it. They were not very apologetic about the lack of customer service. Also, they were unwilling to help us find a way to move our furniture into our unit. If you have a lot of furniture with you, forget about renting from here. Finally, I am convinced (as are others who have commented here) that management is boosting their own ratings using this feedback system. This kind of deception is not indicative of a healthy social atmosphere, which they seem to boast of.

Since when is it the apt community's responsibility to help with moving in furniture? If you put your requests in writing they always respond. BTW I am a resident, not office staff. I find the office staff to be very nice (maybe a bit fake but nice) and they try to be accomodating.
