We like the Preserve's staff very much, they are friendly and always happy to help.

The business center with computers, printer and copier is an added bonus. Notarial services are also offered free which can be very helpful. I also like the free video rental and gift wrapping station. Little extras like these are great and well appreciated.

One thing I'd like to see them do is have a kids park within the vicinity. They only have a dog park.

The staff is lying, greedy, and incompetent. Well, at least competent enough to write the above review. Better deals can be found in south Austin.
