This has been a fun place for our family to live while transitioning. We have the 3 bedroom unit. It has a great floorplan with lots of closet space. The only problems we/ve had have been promptly repaired (except that our dishwasher is useless and I was told that it wouldnt be replaced). They were very accomodating in our move in time-they moved us in in three days! We have a parking lot view-which I was dissapointed with-but we don't hear any traffic from SW PKWY. We did have trouble with the downstairs neighbors-our 3 kids weren't used to living above anyone and the building isn't really noise proof. The hot tubs can be cold-the back one is much better. The fitness equipment is always in good working order. BEWARE of the dog poop-management is very tolerant of poop not being scooped :(
If you pay your rent on time and put maintenance requests in writing you will be happy here. We are on the third floor and have had no problems with any critters (scorpians'')We did find a tarantula outside-and when I mentioned it to the pest control guy he treated the area. This is a long comment-but with all of the negatives I have read I wanted to add my 2 cents. BTW our credit isn't great and we had to pay a bigger deposit. We also rented a garage which adds like $90 to our rent, but gives us 2 guaranteed parking spots.
