Well I have put off writing this because I kept thinking things would get better. Unfortunately they haven't. I initially chose this place because the staff was so personable and attentive. I assumed it would carry over once I moved in. I was wrong.
Here's the list of things that I have noticed are a PERPETUAL problem (meaning, this has happend more than 3 times).
1.) I get an answering machine 99% of the time when I call the office.
2.)Office is locked at least 20min past the time they are supposed to open. And the hours are posted on the door.
3.) When I walk into the office, I watch as three staff members look up from their desks, AND KEEP WORKING. I finally have to go knock on their door to get them to help me. And even then it's as if it's a major inconvenience.
4.) It has taken over 5 days for responses to maintenance requests. The one time I submitted a request online, they lost it.
5.) Dog poop is everywhere, especially in the back part of the property.
This is a real shame because I really like my apartment and the secluded location, but when it is someone's job to look after clients, and they either will not do it, or don't like it they should find another job.
