The new part of the complex was built horribly. There is tons of water damage and cracks in the foundation. My neighbor had black mold in her apartment. Major health concern, yet maitenance just wanted to cover it up. Management isn't very good. I'm still waiting on my renewal bonus six months later! The dishwashers are horrible. It's better just to hand wash!

My dishwasher doesn't drain but the lousy management won't fix it.
