I moved out last month and wish I never signed that lease.

On moveout they charged outrageous fees to 'cleanup' when I had cleaned up. You might as well leave your apt the way it is since they will charge you a hundred bucks for something you already did.

Management is also inconsiderate and slow. I had numerous maintenance requests go unheard until I called them repeatedly.
