I like it here-but it's changing

Had one lease (2br), liked it becuase of the location and customer-oriented feel. Moved to a larger one (3br) that I like even more. Seems the front office is losing touch. Used to feel nice, friendly, etc. They just remodeled the office (and the people). Now it is like a model home. Looks good, but not attractive in the least. Seems they like pets more than people and don't want children here. Maintenance has been great. Overall, not bad, but losing the homey feel it used to have. I would recommend now, but not for long. Edited: Getting worse. Noisy students leaving trash out and people lettting dogs roam free. Dog crap everywhere. After 20mo, moving at end of lease
