Pretty good, but not perfect

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Been here for almost a year. We just renewed our lease a couple months ago and we probably will again in the future.
Pros:
good price for the area, good location
Quiet surroundings - can't hear southwest pkwy
clean, we got new carpet upon move in, and our sink faucet replaced on renew. No mold, like some other reviews have said.
office staff responds to complaints pretty quickly
fair rent increase, didn't get gouged when we renewed
Cheap utilities. We are paying half of what we used to in our old apartment.
Cons:
Some neighbors can be very rude. We've had trash and cigarette butts left by our door and in front of our apartment in the hallway, but one call to the font office usually stops this. Not something I would consider to be management's fault.
Occasionally hear our neighbors, but nothing outrageous.
We have a covered parking spot, and several times we have come home to someone else parked in it. Maybe this is because we are right by one of the pools, who knows. I just with people would observe the giant "tow away " signs posted on the spots. Again, calling management usually takes care of this.
Some faulty wiring in our hall light. It doesn't like to stay on, or doesn't turn on at all sometimes.
Maintenance can be slow at times, but not always. Our pilot light went out one morning, we called to have someone stop in that day to relight it, no one came by so we ended up lighting it ourselves that night, someone finally showed up 3 days later to light it again, got a nice note saying "nothing appears to be wrong". Well duh....
Overall not bad, especially for the price.
