Want to increase our lease by almost 25% from the last six months($250.00), equating to an almost 50% yearly increase!! They'll probably do it again soon. AMD building a facility down the street will mean huge increases and traffic. They also changed several people and remodeled, making it seem like a corporate waiting area instead of a cozy lodge. For what they are starting to charge, there are other places more affordable and attractive. Dog poop everywhere. Moving soon.
