Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartment i live in is spacious, and at a good rate. I just renewed. At first i was not going to renew because my rent was going to incease but then i spoke to the management and they lowered the rate! Ive never really needed maintenance but the two times I needed something they were at my apartment within the next day or so. They were fast and they fixed my problem the first time. The apartment is nice and I havent had any problems
