Pros but mostly Cons

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've been living here about a year and I am getting ready to move out. Here's why:
(1) Rent increase of almost $100 more/month.
(2) Takes over a week to fulfill maintenance requests.
(3) Dog poop is EVERYWHERE, including the parking lot and breezeways. Nothing quite like stepping out of your car into dog crap.
(4) My neighbor's 2 HUGE dogs bark incessantly. And when you can't sleep, nothing else matters.
Good things:
(1) Staff seems really nice.
(2) Location is great.
(3) Like the layout of my apt.
