I loved living at The Preserve for the 3 years I was there. The grounds are beautiful and the maintenance does a very good job keeping the place clean and tidy. The insulation in the apartments is superb - in the three years I lived there I can't remember ever hearing my neighbors above me. The events are great and I really got to know my neighbors.
Upon move-out, I was charged what I felt to be bogus charges. However, after speaking with the manager, the charges were removed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone living in Austin - it's wonderful!
