When my roommate and I toured the property we were told all sorts of GREAT things! We were both moving here from out of town and did not have time to do more than one visit.
We were told about how we would recieved one covered parking spot, there is daily breakfast, there is a state of the art gym and the gates are closed 24hrs. 7 days a week. None of which is true.
When we moved in we asked where our parking spot was, they 'did not have record of offering one.' The daily breakfast is granola bars, most of the equipment in the gym does not work and at least one gate has been broken for the last 58 days.
The parking is terrible. It is REALLY badly lit. Since we have moved in, we have recieved three letters about car break ins (we have been here we have been here less than six months.
We have tried to talk to managment about our concerns but they really have not been responsive.

I won't renew my lease, mainly because the management is incompetent, immoral, lazy and greedy. The gates never work for more than a week or two before they break, causing people to be late and angry for work. It seems pretty much like a place where one corporation has its workers stay for short periods of time allowing it to stay in business. The poor way tenants are treated should put it out of business.
