I've lived in at least 15 apartment complexes between Houston & Austin, and this is by far the worst ever!! The model unit they show you is gorgeous, but the actual unit you get is run down with paint overspray & crappy patch jobs on stove & bathroom sink. Office staff turns over faster than you can say Preserve, and they do not care about their residents - they only care about the bottom line ... MONEY! There are too many choices in this area to settle for such poor quality & service at the Preserve.

South Austin does have much better options than the Preserve (as far as location and affordability goes). The managers tend to lie with every breath and must hate themselves for being so greedy when they can't sleep at night.
