When looking for places to live in Austin someone suggested that I check out this website before I decide on a place. This was in August of 06 and The Preserve had some great marks! After a great experience whe I was touring the property I leased right away. I am coming up on my second term here and I have no intention of ever moving! The propety is always kept very well... I am always so proud whe friend come to visit and they comment on how nice the place looks! The staff is always mor than willing to help whenever they can in anyway! One of my favorite things has to be the resident events they have! Being new in Austin it has been a grea way to meet new people and I really feel like I live in a community not just another apartment! I would highly reccomend this place to anyone!

The property is beautiful if you enjoy high speed parkways outside your window or a giant sea of parking lot concrete...or if you like the view of the suburbs. This person hasnt been at the complex long enough to deal with mgmt's negligence or the prospect commonly reported by other reviewers here, that he/she will get pick pocketed for move out fines. It is not kept up well. The office staff is bubbly and happy but young, immature, and depending on who you talk to, aloof, snooty, and unhelpful. I beg you to spend your money elsewhere and help to make places like this shut down.
