I give the Preserve an outstanding rating! The location is great. The management is friendly and helpful. The maintenance tech is one of the best. Our neighbors are very friendly and it is very quiet.

the location is not that great--considering what you pay to be in the burbs and the management is fickle at best. You can read enough reviews on this site to know that they are lazy, incompetent, negligent as often as they are happy and nice. Also wait until you've moved out before you rate this place. PLenty of reviewers here have commented on the management unjustly racking up move out fees (which the tenants were not accountable for, reportedly. In my case, I was accused of having animal urine stains on my carpet...I never had an animal in my apartment). No to discredit this one person's review because it probably accurately reflects their experience. But you should not expect yours to be nearly so nice. Even the quality of apartments is inconsistent. Ours had crappy carpets, smudgy walls, lousy stove tops, horrible water pressure (etc.) and some of our neighbors didnt. The model apartment is not necessarily a representation of this place. I regret my time there. Dont waste your money.
