You will read some good reviews on this site. It is a huge complex so of course some people will have a good experience. But there are good possibilities this will not be your experience. It is expensive and poorly run. PLenty of turnaround in the management which might account for why they dont respond to requests and then, if those requests pertain to damages accrued before you came to your apartment, you might be charged for those damages. "We have no record of your filing about these damages..." When I was charged for carpet problems...weeks after I had left the apartment...the manager finagled some very shifty interpretations in order to do her best to get about 500$ out of me. Thankfully I wiggled my way out of that. Go somewhere else.

Did you have a pet that messed up the carpet? I lived there about two years ago and I was charged for carpet issues. I had a dog though that had messed up the carpet. Are you sure you are not just mad because you had to pay money you didn't want to?

I also lived there for about 18 months. When I moved in the apartment was dirty. I noted it on the inspection form. Noone ever came in to clean it so I cleaned it myself. After I moved out, I got a bill for some cleaning after the former manager I spoke with about issues upon move-in agreed to waive the cleaning costs. I talked to the 'new' manager and they said they inspected it and said there was lots of signs ofpet dander under the carpeting and it had to be cleaned and that is why I was getting billed. I never owned any pets during my stay nor had any pets in the apartment. After several discussions which I spent way too much time hassling with they finally agreed not to charge, but I still had to spend alot of time on this on the phone after I was already out of town.
