Pro:
- Pay your rent by credit card especially when your credit card has cash back feature.
- Only prorated water bill shown in our final bill. No other charges. We wiped off some stains from the counters and did some vaccums through the unit before handing the keys to the office.
- Finally, they put speed bumps. You won't believe how fast some residents drive... Those residents just... don't care...
- Dog park. We don't have a pet but quite enjoyed looking at them.

Con:
- Water bill is allocated. Why pay water bill every month for $36 (getting higher) even when you are out of town for a month' Go look for an apt that bills you by meter. Living in our new apt (Archstone) for 3 months, I just got our water bill for $26 this month.
- Bad package handling system. Our first package received by the office got lost! Two weeks later, the package showed up! The office claimed that the UPS driver forgot to deliver it!' (What!' The office signed for the package two weeks ago!!)
- Hate the card entry system especially when it's raining. Why don't they have a remote controll system.

This review is awful. Have you ever seen the so called "Dog Park" at the preserve? Good grief, what a travesty. Your big dog could take about 4 strides before having to turn around. Drive 10 minutes to Town Lake and go for a walk. Get out of the bland burbs. I would hardly call not having a remote system to get in much of a complaint. But how about this: over 2 years I repeatedly asked for a carpet clean/new carpet. THe carpet in our apartment when we moved in was disgusting. I reported it on my move in damages report. No response to my requests. In the move out evaluation the manager (the spineless manager) gave us a good report, "it looks great." A month later, after we left the state, we get a 500$ bill for pet urine stains! And we never owned a pet! So what was disgusting about our apartment, what we tried to get replaced was dog urine from a previous owner! And then we get fined for it! What is worse is that I've seen a similar complaint written on this site about this place for too much. Go get a sweet condo in downtown Austin. DO NOT RENT HERE. If I can do my part and keep someone away from this place, I believe I've done the great city of Austin a favor.
